shell32: do not use a fixed path in the shelllink tests.

The tests were pointing lnkfile at "c:\\test.lnk" which was causing
errors on Vista, as it was preventing data being written there. This
will also fail if the user running the tests does not have a C drive.

This patch fixes the tests in both of these cases.
