WineD3D: add a WineD3D_ChoosePixelFormat line

Hi,

Right now some users report 'unsuitable pixel format' errors from WineD3D_ChoosePixelFormat. They can be harmless but could also be severe in some cases. It is hard to track right now due to the lack of a line which prints the parameters. This patch adds that.
