kernel32: tests/path.c: Improve test for GetLongPathNameA

Add test to check for GetLongPathNameA on GetModuleFileNameA's returned string.

Found via errors existing in shell32/tests/shelllink.c. Checked against Windows 
XP and Windows 2000.
