[setupapi/tests #2] Fix two more tests on Windows 2000

Hi,

(Dependant on "Fix a test on Windows 2000").

Two more occurrences whereby Windows 2000 does things a bit differently. I've
opted for a cleanup function as the same thing has to be done at three places now.

The only tests that fail on Windows 2000 now (for this particular testfile of
course) have to do with SetupDiGetDeviceInterfaceDetail returning a path with an
extra backslash. Patch will follow this week.
