[PATCH] comdlg32: update the list of invalid file names to match Windows'.

Hi,

We should update the list of invalid file name characters in comdlg32.
Otherwise, users can attempt to create foo"bar.txt in notepad and
comdlg32 will let it though, but the file that gets created is
bar.txt.
