WineD3D: add a Geforce9 driver version (right now garbage is returned)

Hi,

Add a Geforce9 driver version as none is set right now. The version I chose is 173.14 as that is the latest linux version. I have verified on windows what the numbering scheme is and Vista uses '7.15.11.7314' (XP uses 6.14.11.7314). This is the same for all Nvidia drivers with version numbers above 100. This also means that currently we are not returning the correct driver version as in case of 169.21 we show '7.15.10.16921' and not '7.15.11.6921'. This issue is NOT fixed by this patch.
