[AppDB] Search for partial application names

A common error for users is to enter a new app entry for a new app version, 
such as C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge when we already have C&C Red Alert 2.  
Add a search function that will search for the first parts of a name, and use 
it to find duplicate applications as well as on the AppDB search (which is 
used when JavaScript is disabled).
