[updated 2] winecfg: Added Windows registration information setting

Ohkie, so here is an updated version of my patch. This one fixes the
Portuguese language, as
the controls were only displaying for the Brazilian language. Thanks
to Detlef Riekenberg and Alex Villací­s Lasso
who showed me how to run wine under different languages!

By default wine uses "Change preferred owner in ~/.wine/system.reg"
and "Change preferred organization in ~/.wine/system.reg" when an
application uses
the RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganization information from the
registry. This patch adds two edit boxes to the About tab in winecfg
that allows
setting a different Owner or Organization without having to manually
edit system.reg or using wine regedit. This makes wine more user
friendly.

Added controls to winecfg About tab for registration info for all languages.
Translated for Portuguese, Norwegian, Dutch, Italian, French, Finnish,
Spanish, English, German and Danish.
Added code for retrieving and setting registration info.
Added textbox identifiers.
