Fix/change tests for systems with no ServicePack

Hi,

Some of the version tests fail on Vista (or on Wine when emulating Vista) as 
there is no (official) ServicePack yet.

(I did find an issue in winecfg. Set the version to 'Windows Vista' and on next 
launch it will show 'Windows 2008')
