1/2 WineD3D: check pixel formats of the same pixel type

Hi,

Make sure we are checking pixel formats of the correct pixel type. We could possibly draw bad conclusions and this should silence a bunch of error lines people are getting when a float format (e.g. R32F) is passed to getColorBits.
