quartz: fixed building with MSVC headers.

The MSVC compiler does not like copying the IID_* values to IID
objects. Therefore, keep them as pointers to those values and then
dereference as needed.

I have also tested this on Ubuntu+Wine, and it works there as well -
both compilers are happy.
