kernel32: Set processorLevel to cpu family

Fixes bug #10742, http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10742

Tests show that say a Pentium 4 is reported with a processorLevel of 15, not 6 
as Wine does.  Also fixes AMD Phenom detection.
