[PATCH 1/3] ddraw: Add full implementation of IDirect3DDevice7_Load.

This is needed to fix regression in Sacrifice 
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12055. It is rather well tested (big test 
in patch 3), and the old code could only handle a small subset of possible calls 
correctly, so this shouldn't be very high risk.
