ws2_32: tests/sock.c: cannot reliably detect bad hostnames in "modern" internet

Sadly, many ISPs are starting to send you to spam pages if you
type in a bad hostname.  This causes test failures like
sock.c:1833: Test failed: gethostbyname("someweirdandbogusname") succeeded.

Comment out this test and explain why we can't do it anymore.
