ddraw: Fixed last part of regression bug #13277, retry

Added Internal AddRef/Release
Added test for wrong directdraw release, some games do, release the directdraw 
interface after they created the primary surface.
All ddraw tests pass.

ddraw: Fixed in part regression bug #13277 is still needed as it is not 
contained in this post.
