[setupapi/tests #5] Cleanup after testDevRegKey

Hi,

First cleanup patch. Expect errors (test.winehq.org) the first time when running
these tests (unless it's on a clean box).

Tests run fine on a clean XP-SP3 and W2K3-SP2 box. This single test also runs
fine the second time after old winetest tests have been run.

I had to introduce a few todo_wine's mainly because we have some problems in our
implementation or we have stuff that isn't implemented.

Expect several cleanup patches to follow but also expect some failures running
winetest during the cleanup. Creating one big patch that does all the cleanup is
probably too much of a change.

The cleanup is done using normal setupapi calls. This however leads to one
issue. The old winetest had a lot of leftovers. Most of them should be gone once
the cleanup is done. The ones left are under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002 and have to be deleted manually. They
however are not the ones responsible for the 'unknown device' issue.

Changelog
   Cleanup after testDevRegKey
