[setupapi/tests #6] Cleanup after testRegisterAndGetDetail

Hi,

Another cleanup patch. I've opted for checking the return value of remove_device
inside the test instead of moving the RegDeleteTree into remove_device as I'm
not sure what's needed for the other tests.

Tests succeed on XP and W2K3.

Still a moving target. I'm still going through the tests one by one to see
what's added and removed on Windows.
