[setupapi/tests #7] Cleanup after testGetDeviceInterfaceDetail

Hi,

And another cleanup patch.

Because we do the "cleanup" on Wine now at the end of some tests as well I could
remove a todo_wine. This "cleanup" is not the proper way as it should have been
done by the setupapi calls of course.
