[setupapi/tests] Remove leftovers from old tests

Hi,

The results on test.winehq.org still show a lot of failures for the
setupapi/devinst tests (Windows only)

This patch should remove leftovers (devices) after the first bigger test.

You can test it by running an old setupapi test (say from May 24th) several
times in a row. You will get loads of entries/keys under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_BOGUS).
After a reboot you will get a lot of hardware wizards (one for each key) asking
you to add a driver for a 'unknown device'.

Running the new devinst tests once will still give you a few errors on the first
run but after that it's fine.

This cleanup is also enough for the other tests to have a cleaner starting point.

Changelog
   Remove leftovers from old tests

Paul.
