[PATCH]: msvcrt: Fix _makepath, with tests

Hi,

makepath writes an extension regardless of whether a file is given,
and the input buffer can be the drive or file in addition to the
directory argument. Test the full range of possibilities that native
allows for ascii and unicode.

This also fixes the valgrind warning
