[ole32/tests] Prevent a crash

Hi,

For some reason the call to CoCreateInstance sometimes succeeds but pUnk is set
to NULL.

The compobj tests crash on several systems as can been seen on test.winehq.org.
Not sure if it's all because of this of course.
