wininet(1/3): Trace the cache file entry's local file name rather than the passed-in cache entry info's local file name, as the caller may have passed a NULL pointer for the cache entry info

This patch and the next correct a crash with wininet when retrieving
cache entry info with a NULL pointer (e.g., to query its size.)  The
third patch just fixes a little typo.
