[kernel32/tests 1/2] Fix some failures on win9x (Resend)

Hi,

(Doesn't rely on the other kernel32/tests patch "Fix the remaining errors on
win95". Resend because it's now a series of 2).

Skips a few tests if the passed flags are not supported.
