riched20: add spare area to ITextServicesImpl to work around broken apps

MSN Messenger 7 do nasty things with ITextServiceImpl object as
described by AF in bug 12179. This patch adds handful of spare bytes to
object structure to keep the apps some place for games. Should fix bugs
12179 and 10073
