shlwapi/tests: [Patch 2/2] Replace RegDeleteTreeW to run the tests again [resend]

resend, as Patch 1 was changed

RegDeleteTreeW is not present before Vista.
Tests should use the ANSI versions to make it usable on Win9x
and to check both implementations (see fixed bugs in Patch 1)

The failures in the other tests on win98se/w2k are stll there
(to be fixed in a seperate Patch)
