[kernel32/tests] Split the test for ret and last error

Hi,

This makes more sense then having:

Test failed: VerifyVersionInfoA should have failed with ERROR_OLD_WIN_VERSION 
instead of 1150

(where 1150 is of course ERROR_OLD_WIN_VERSION).
