[jscript/tests] Fix crash and failures on win9x (Try 2)(Resend)

Hi,

(Rediffed)
(This is a second try that replaces "Prevent a crash on win9x")

All we had to do is change strcmp_wa to use lstrcmpA as lstrcmpW is not
implemented on win9x.
