[1/2] shell32/tests: Fix tests on localized platforms

Tested on wine and a french Win2K pro.
Dumping the SHITEMID's abID member when first byte is PT_FOLDERW reveals
a UNICODE name instead of an ANSI one when first byte is PT_FOLDER.

Updated the favorites types tested too to fix tests on localized WinXP
