msctf/test: use ITfInputProcessorProfiles::GetCurrentLanguage to get gLangid

Please disregard previous patch "msctf/test: gather a bit more 
information in tests and on failure to activate"

corrects tests on machines where the user is running in a different 
language than the machine is configured for.
