[transl 2/4] Add the ability to retrieve warnings or errors

Hi,

On this lower level we are actually already in "Pedantic" mode. This
adds the ability to make a distinction between "Errors" and "Warnings".

"Errors" tries to follow the rules that are currently used (wrc
--verify-translation).
"Warnings" is the default and is in fact the "Pedantic" mode.
