rpcrt4: Patch for Bug #19767 "Authenticated RPC client functionality is broken..."

Hello everyone,

I found that beginning with 1.1.25, authenticated RPC client
functionality is broken. A patch that reverts one of the changes in
rpc_message.c that have been made for 1.1.25 is attached to this
email. Please let me know if anything is wrong with this patch or if I
should rather submit it to the bugzilla entry for this bug. My apps
rely heavily on RPC client functionality so it is of vital interest
for me that this bug gets fixed :-)
