[advapi32/tests] Fix some test failures when the computername is fully qualified

Hi,

As sudden burst of new test results revealed 2 boxes with this issue. 
The changed tests don't cover a box without GetComputerNameExA (< W2K) 
and with a fully qualified name but I don't see the need currently to 
fix that corner case as well (unless we get some on test.winehq.org).

There are more failures due to not running winetest.exe as an 
administrator but I'm not too bothered (yet) about those. We have plenty 
tests that fail currently when not run as an administrator.
