Implement basic support for generating application bundles from ShellLinks

I've gotten no feedback regarding the contents of the latest iteration
of my patch either on wine-devel itself or from anyone whom I
privately requested to review (the count is up to 4 now). I've tested
under Linux and cleaned it up a bit more. It works with PPTviewer 2007
and Office 2007 on OS X and Linux.
