[5/7] avifile: Fix playback of fixed sample size audio streams

It turned out the code to play back fixed sample size AVI files wasn't 
working with anything we tried. During WineConf, Maarten Lankhorst fixed 
this. This is his work from then. We hope it can be applied in advance 
too if the tests have to wait.
