dsound/mixer: Fixed bug #15503

Hi,

this patch fixes the bug "Counter-Strike: Source crashes, if someone
kills someone else with the G-3 autosniper" for me. I am on Gentoo Linux
 amd64 and tested the patch with both 1.1.14 and lastest GIT.
I am not sure if it is a hack or not, but I think it is not.
