[fusion/tests 1/3] Run tests correctly on Win98

Hi,

Both GetWindowsDirectoryW and wsprintfW are not implemented on Win98 so we have
to introduce some W->A and A-> conversions. Now the results are the same on my
win98 and W2K3 box that both have .NET 1.1SP1 installed.
