[fusion/tests] Fix some tests failures on .NET 1.1 (and Win98)

Hi,

We can't use lstrcmpW on Win98.

.NET 1.1 seems to be missing some properties so cater for that. I upgraded my
Win98 to .NET 2.0 and the properties are there so it's not a OS specific thing.
