[msadp32 2/4] Stereo format (ms adpcm and block align size)

Block align size is proportional to the number of channels.

like the 
pcm format (2 bytes for mono, 4 bytes for stereo),  adpcm has double 
block-align size for stereo.
Since nAvgBytesPerSec is computed through 
nBlockAlign, this causes error (e.g. 44100 stereo has 44359 bytes/sec 
and not 44622 bytes/sec).
