MSDN suggests "wfx.nBlockAlign * 2 / wfx.nChannels - 12" as the formula 
for calculating wSamplesPerBlock.
Moreover it's simpler than "(wfx.
nBlockAlign - (7 * wfx.nChannels)) * (2 / wfx.nChannels) + 2".
