[1/2] tools/winemaker: Add support for project-files

sorry, had the wrong mail-account last time.
Fixing over 8 year-old "bug" (bug 61) with enhancing winemaker to read 
MSs Project Files like dsp, dsw, vcproj, sln.
This was my first perl-project, so some last optimizations are there to 
be done.
