[ddraw/tests] Don't crash on W2K

Hi,

This particular test will crash on W2K if we have a Ref device (not VMware 
specific as can be seen on test.winehq.org).

While looking at our tests results I don't see a box that actually runs tests
with a Ref device. Maybe it's better to just quit the tests if we can't create a
TnLHal or Hal device?
