[1/2] mcicda: Play back an audio CD digitally, when possible

Newer CD/DVD drives are dropping the capability of playing audio CD directly.
The function call to do it silently fails.

This patch enables the use of digital playback in MCICDA when available. This
behavior was verified under 64-bit Vista, where analog playback fails, but
games using MCICDA for CD audio still work as intended. If digital playback
fails to start (no DSound, or the raw data can't be read from the disc, which
may happen on really old drives), it will automatically fall back to analog
playback.
