[ddrawex/tests] Fix some test failures on W95

Hi,

Not sure if this is actually W95 or VMware. It happens on my box and all other 
W95 boxes on test.winehq.org don't have ddrawex.

This also prevents a crash on my W95 box as it doesn't have DirectDraw4.
