PATCH: add check to asm macro for Windows Services for Unix/Subsystem for Unix applications

This is needed to get all of the inline assembly macro stuff building
on Services for Unix/Subsystem for Unix applications. Test on XP SP2
SFU but should fix a number of compile errors on Vista/2008 Server SUA
also as they use the same binutils and compiler.
