winex11.drv: Remove "German keyboard layout without dead keys 105"

This patch removes the keyboard layout "German keyboard layout without dead
keys 105" as discussed with Dmitry Timoshkov in bug 16126. It should fix said
bug for people with german keyboard layouts.
