[wintrust/tests 2/2] Add some cdf parsing tests (Try3)

Hi,

- Try2 changes the EXPECT defines to be able to see if the callback is invoked.
- Try3 gets rid of some trailing whitespace.

Added some parsing tests. I wasn't able to invoke all the possible cdf parsing
errors.

I guess we have enough of a test framework now to start implementing. Volunteers
? ;)
