winex11: set X focus to reflect wine focus within virtual desktops (try 2)

This should fix bugs 9320 and 15469.

Metacity likes to focus the top-level virtual desktop window, causing a Wine window to lose focus. I've modified the FocusOut handler to ignore that case.
