msvcrt: _flsbuf zeroes _cnt (fixes bug 17123)

Another case of inlined stdio macros forcing our
stdio helper functions to behave a bit more like native.

Thanks to Bernhard Übelacker for pinpointing the problem.
I didn't end up using his code, but it's his fix anyway.
Passes on Wine and on Vista.
