shell32(1/3): Fix a test on Windows Vista/2008

This little patch series fixes many, but not all, shellpath failures.
Keeping track of the line numbers is hard with too many outstanding
patches, so I'm sending these in to reduce the failures before trying
to remove the remaining ones.
