[kernel32/tests 1/4] Fill the buffer and check for double-NULL to show a bug in Wine

Hi,

Fill the buffer and actually checking for double-NULL showed a bug in Wine (we
only single terminate). Tests pass on everything from W95 up to Vista.

Some of the memset's are not strictly needed but were added for consistency and
could proof useful if tests are added/changed.
